About O. O. Cook Industries

O. O. Cook Industries was founded in Baltimore, Maryland in 1998. The owner and the owner's family has been in the construction business since 1964, primarily in heavy highway construction, tunnels and bridges. After completing many significant contracts with the mass transit system in Washington, DC, Debi Culotta (president of OOCI), left the family construction business and took the reins of OOCI with a mission to help in the global effort to move energy production from fossil fuels to clean renewable energy. We also have come to understand the coatings of these metals and arrays will become ever more important as our arrays age. We are proud to announce that we have chosen Tnemec Company as our coatings and sealants products. The lasting service of this product line has proven a great addition for our fields.

Over the course of time, OOCI has expanded its alliances with renewable energy companies and began gathering the expertise needed to install small solar and wind projects. This has led us to research the use of promising new and cutting edge technology for power solutions- especially when they could be integrated with the more tried and true technologies.
